First, let’s talk about the Z650. The company is offering this model at a discount of £27,000. After this price cut, the ex-showroom price of the new model will be Rs 699,000. This bike is known for its aggressive design, sporty riding position, and balanced performance.
Whether it’s your daily city commute or your weekend highway cruise, the Z650 performs well in both situations. In contrast, the Z650RS offers a discount of £20,000. Thereafter, the ex-showroom price will be Rs 7.63 lakh.
This is a retro version of the Z650. It features classic round headlights, a traditional instrument cluster and traditional styling. This could be a good choice for riders who prefer a classic look with modern performance.
Engine parts and performance
Both the Z650 and Z650RS are equipped with a 649cc liquid-cooled inline 2-cylinder engine. The same engine is also installed in the Ninja 650 and Versys 650. This engine produces a maximum output of 67 horsepower. Maximum torque at 8,000 rpm is 64 Nm at 6,700 rpm.
It’s mated to a 6-speed transmission with assist and slipper clutch for smooth shifts and increased control during aggressive downshifts. In terms of performance, there is no difference between these two motorcycles.
The only difference is the style and driving feel. The Z650 exudes the personality of a modern streetfighter, while the Z650RS offers a balance of refined performance and retro charm.
Kawasaki Versys-X 300 price reductions and accessory offers
Kawasaki India has also announced special benefits for the Versys-X series. Limited-time offer valid on MY25 and MY26 versions. The company is offering customers up to £46,000 worth of accessories free of charge. These include practical travel items such as panniers and centre stands.
The MY25 version was previously priced at Rs 3.49 lakh ex-showroom. Currently, the real price after a direct price reduction of ₹30,000 is ₹3.19 lakh. The MY26 model has received a price cut of ₹20,000, taking its new ex-showroom price to ₹3.29 lakh.
This offer is also valid until February 28, 2026. This pricing and accessory package could offer better value for money in the adventure travel segment.
Credit lines and down payment reduction options
The company also said that options such as instant loan approval and low down payments will be available during this limited period.
This could make buying a luxury bike easier than before. However, financing approval, interest rate and final transaction are entirely dependent on dealer and buyer qualifications.
