Revised Pricing: What Will Be Different in 2026?
Hyundai Motor India has adjusted the prices of some petrol and diesel models of the Venue. It was increased by between 5,000 and 20,000, according to the model. Following this update, the compact SUV has a starting price of 7.99 lakh and a top-end price of 15.51 lakh (ex-showroom).

Interestingly, the base variants have not been modified yet, to the relief of the first-time buyers. Nevertheless, the mid-range models, of which diesel and turbo-petrol versions have become a little pricier.
Petrol Variants Register the largest Increase
The largest and the most evident price increase is on the 1.2 litre petrol line. HX5 variant is now priced at 20000 higher, which makes it priced at approximately 9.55 lakh. This leaves it as the most susceptible trim of the petrol selection.
The entry-level HX2 variant is also priced at ₹8.00 lakh on the brighter side, which makes the Venue affordable to the customers interested in a cheap SUV. The more premium trims such as HX+5 and HX6T have not been changed at all, which is a smart choice of people who could afford premium features but do not have to spend more.
Turbo-Petrol DCT Models Become a Little more expensive
Other price adjustments have also been made to buyers who want more driving experience with the 1.0-litre engine options that are available as turbo-petrol powered. These HX5 DCT and HX6 DCT models have now increased to a price of ₹10.90 lakh and ₹12.16 lakh respectively which is 9,000 more.
HX8 DCT, which is at the upper end has only gotten an increment of 5,000 and is now priced at 12.99 lakh. These notwithstanding, Hyundai has retained the sporty N-Line models such as N6 and N10 which is an encouraging development to the performance-seeking enthusiasts with style.
Diesel Variants Hold Fast at This Time
As the diesel availability is dwindling slowly in a market, Hyundai appears to have walked the fine line. The diesel versions of the Venue have successfully maintained their current prices, including them as a steady option of people who value mileage and comfort in long distances.
This consistency in the diesel prices may be held to the advantage of Hyundai particularly to those buyers who have alternatives in this segment.
Is the Hyundai Venue Still Worth Your Attention?
The Venue remains a good competitor at the compact SUV level, despite the increased price. It possesses a fair combination of design, features, performance and brand loyalty. Although the higher costs will be a minor pinch, the package itself has value and this is particularly so when you choose the variants that have not been affected.

Hikes in the price are never a welcome development but it has become a common occurrence in the auto sector over the recent past. Hyundai has managed this update prudently by ensuring that the increase is only applied on a few variants as the entry-level and performance-oriented models remain unchanged.
The trick here, with buyers is to make a wise choice depending on their budget and needs. With a few minutes of additional research, you will save money and make sure that you bring home the correct version.
