Hey friends, the midsize SUV market is going to be shaken once again. New developments in the company announce that a new Renault Duster is soon to be released in India.
Delivery of the third-generation Duster will begin in April, and the official prices will be reduced on March 17th. Pre-reservations are already present with R Pass at 21,000 only. Renault is preparing to roll out this SUV in India at an unaffordable price because it is overly localised.
Renault Duster India
Renault International Game Plan 2027 includes the third-generation Duster, which is recently unveiled in Chennai. According to the firm, more than 90 percent of the automobiles are assembled based on the conditions in India.

It is founded on the modular architecture of the Renault Group that will be the foundation of a future three-row model. That is a telling indication that Renault will have an aggressive push on its SUV brands in India.
Safety and Technology: 35 Safety systems and 17 ADAS
The new Renault Duster has 35 safety features that are comparable to the world standards. That comes with 17 ADAS helpers, which render driving safer and wiser.
Things such as Multi-Sense drive modes and Hill Descent Control are available in the SUV, and thus you can adjust the feel of the vehicle. With the app ecosystem of Renault, you have access to more than 60 interconnected functions as well
Interior: OpenR-link System and Premium Cabin
The Renault Duster is equipped with a 10.1 inch OpenR-Link touchscreen and in-built Google services. No phone reflection required, you have Maps, Google Assistant, the Play Store right there. It also introduces a 10.25 in full-digital instrument cluster, which displays car and navigation information.
Mountain Jade leatherette, yellow stitching, carbon finishing and shiny metallic accents adorn the cabin. It has ventilated, power-adjustable front seats, dual-zone climatic system with PM2.5 filtration, a panoramic sunroof, and a powered tailgate all offering it a high-quality feel.
It has a capacity of storing 32.6 liters
Exterior Design: Brougham Appearance and 18 inch Alloys. The new Duster has a trapezoidal grille with yellow shades, all-LED lights, and a smooth horizontal style of the rear light.
It is mounted on 18-inch diamond-cut alloy wheels, is covered and is painted in a new Mountain Jade Green paint. Its bumper and tail lights are contemporary and rough.
Powertrain: Hybrid to Turbo Petrol
The Renault Duster will be provided with a number of engine options. The name of the model is Strong Hybrid E -Tech 160, which is a combination of a 1.8 liter GDI petrol motor and a 1.4 kwh battery.

Renault claims that in the city it can travel a distance of up to 80 percent using electric power. That hybrid will be operational at around Diwali 2026.
The 1.3-litre turbo TCe 160 produces 163 psi and 280 Nm. It will be marketed either with a six-speed manual or six-speed wet dual-clutch automatic. The entry model is a 1.0 liter turbo petrol that comes with a manual box
Warranty and After‑Sales
Duster has a warranty of up to 7 years or 150,000 km. The coverage that is long may increase customer confidence.
The newly launched Renault Duster India will create a new competition in the middle size SUV market. It has high localisation, initiating touches, the highest quality safety technology, and a hybrid feature, which make it stand out.
So long as Renault maintains the price competition, Duster will be able to re-establish itself in India. As the deliveries begin in April and the prices fall in March, the battle of the SUV is about to become hot.
