Compared to most of its competitors, this power and torque level are substantially higher.

However, what sets this SUV apart is the capacity of the Jetour T2 to operate solely on electric mode for a distance of approximately 139 kilometers. If you combine the operation of petrol and electric engines, you can cover up a distance of nearly 1,000 kilometers.

Prices and Position in the Market

Both these SUVs would probably compete with each other in terms of prices. The expected price range of the MG Majestor would probably be around ₹40-45 lakh, while that for the Jetour T2 would be slightly lower at ₹38-40 lakh.

This means that both SUVs would be positioned directly opposite the Fortuner, offering buyers another option in the segment of luxury SUVs.

Similar Goals, But Different Methods

The unique part about this comparison is the differences between the two SUVs. On one hand, the MG Majestor would be built with a focus on power and strength, having a high-performance diesel engine.

On the other hand, the Jetour T2 would be the modern version of the SUV, using hybrid technology. These SUVs aim to achieve one and the same goal.
