Triumph Motorcycles has hiked the prices of its recently launched Triumph 350cc motorcycle range in India. This is the second price increase since the rollout of the new 350cc versions earlier this year. Another Price Revision in a Short Time:
With the introduction of new 350cc motorcycles, Triumph was hoping they could produce the bikes at a lower cost since a lower GST rate applies to motorcycles that fall below 350cc. For starters, the pricing was aggressive which meant these bikes immediately attracted attention since it offered one of the first premium motorcycles to carry a relatively lower price tag in years.
But Triumph has changed prices two times in a matter of months. This increase follows a previous hike, meaning the motorcycles are now considerably more expensive than when they first launched. Top Speed T4 Price Increase
Of all the motorcycles in the model lineup, the Speed T4 gets a heartier price hike. It now costs almost ₹10,000 more than before and the ex-showroom price is approximately ₹2.09 lakh.
That’s quite a leap relative to the rest of the range. The Speed T4 snagged pole position as the most affordable Triumph motorcycle, and it was ridden by more newbies to this premium motorcycle subclass than any other model, in no small part because of its bargain price. Although it is still the entry-level model, and therefore its price advantage over competitors is lessened with the increase.
Other Triumph 350cc bikes also become costlier
The price hike is not limited to the Speed T4. Every motorcycle in the Triumph 350cc family has become more expensive.

- Speed 400 – ₹2,39,877
- Tracker 400 – ₹2,49,253
- Scrambler 400 X – ₹2,64,978
- Thruxton 400 – ₹2,75,335
- Scrambler 400 XC — ₹2,99,333
Most of these motorcycles have received increases ranging between ₹3,000 and ₹6,000, while the Speed T4 stands out with the biggest revision.
Why Have Prices Increased Again?
Triumph has not provided a detailed explanation for the latest revision. However, industry experts believe that increasing manufacturing costs, raw material prices, logistics expenses, and inflation may have contributed to the higher prices.
When the company introduced the 350cc platform, it managed to keep prices attractive because of the GST benefit. Over time, however, it appears that maintaining those prices has become difficult, leading to multiple revisions.
Will the Price Hike Affect Buyers?
For many customers, the increase may not completely change their buying decision. Triumph motorcycles continue to offer premium styling, refined engines, quality components, and modern features.
